| From November of 2007 when we the decision was made to form Axis Creative Group we began working on our new “identity.” Exactly what we offer our clients we had to do for ourselves. It’s very difficult to be your own client. | |
| As a design agency we are expected to create corporate identities, logos, marketing concepts, tag lines, provide recommendations regarding application development and the like. It is far easier to develop these concepts for others than yourself. Throughout the process we chose from four unique logos - some of you may have seen the other concepts, several web layouts and not to mention the amount of time we invested structuring our website. Our goal was to develop a website that: a) demonstrated our capabilities without “going overboard,” b) was easy to navigate for all levels of computing skills, c) provided the tools necessary to work as efficiently as possible and lastly provide a wealth of information. | |
| In an effort to provide increased efficiency tools we developed our client login area. This section of our site is designed to act as an online customer service representative. All of your invoices, projects, quotations, hosting packages, add-on services and more are stored in your client area. Anytime of day you have an inquiry regarding one of those items you can login and see the information you need. Moreover, we now offer online payments. Online payments are accepted for both invoices and deposits. When we post a quotation there is an ‘accept’ button that will prepare an invoice which allows you to pay your deposit and begin a project. | |
